Job Summary

Technology Business Analyst Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM Implementation

Greenfield Transformation Project Melbourne VIC

The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion implementation to help deliver one of our critical workstreams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as we embark on a large-scale greenfield implementation project which will be critical in the continued success and growth of Kinetic

This is an initial fixed term full-time contract for 12 months however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.

Key accountabilities:

Collaborate closely with our implementation vendor partners championing the Kinetic business and helping to ensure our new ERP is fit for purpose
Work closely with business stakeholders to define and prioritise business needs
Help drive business decisions and challenge where required. Youre expertise will be leant on to inform decisions and therefor outcomes for the Kinetic group
Design and facilitate key workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
Analyse and document business requirements for ERP implementation.
Developprocess maps gap analyses and impact assessments
Support testing activities and ensure smooth system integration and mobilisation

What you will bring:

A strong background in business analysis within largeOracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EMP implementation projects
Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills with the ability to improve processes and drive change.
Experience working incomplex multi-vendor environments
Excellentstakeholder management and communicationskills with the ability to bring stakeholders along the journey with ease
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic greenfield project environment
