Job Summary
Were searching for a Director of Finance someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will oversee the financial operations and financial planning. Ensure the smooth running of the hospitals finances through effective oversight of internal controls reporting policy implementation and improving financial processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic and operational financial plans in alignment with the hospitals mission and goals.
Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets forecasts and financial reports.
Manage and optimize the cost structure and cash flow of the hospital; identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Partner with Revenue Cycle to pursue opportunities for revenue enhancement; support improvements in processes related to revenue cycle operations.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including accounting corporate finance vendors and operations partners.
Help represent the hospital in financial negotiations and transactions.
Support strategic planning business development and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay abreast of trends challenges and opportunities in the healthcare industry and provide financial leadership and innovation to adapt to the changing environment.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelors Degree finance business healthcare administration or a related field required
Masters Degree preferred
7 years experience in finance/accounting including 3 years in a leadership role required
Experience in a healthcare organization preferred
