Additional programs offered include a dual MSW/MPH degree and a field internship/placement program. The school has 15 full-time faculty and 40 adjunct instructors and is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education CSWE. This position reports to the Associate Director of the School.
This position performs specialized administrative work in support of the School of Social Work. The position provides administrative coordination for assigned duties serves as a point of contact to graduate and undergraduate students and to prospective students. The position also provides administrative coordination and serves as a point of contact for faculty on matters related to course management program requirements policies and procedures and other administrative matters.
This work is specialized administrative work in program implementation that is performed under general supervision. The position performs a wide variety of office and clerical duties of medium complexity. The incumbent in this position does inquiries queries and generates standard reports from university systems such as OASIS FAIR FAST and GEMS and produces documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelors degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for masters degree.
