In this role you will provide marketing and customer experience support across Mulphas NSW & QLD development portfolios. You will contribute to and implement the marketing and communication strategies and campaigns for any and all development projects. The role focusses on strategically targeting acquiring and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets establishing and pushing the project precinct and Mulpha brands in the marketplace and supporting the end-to-end customer journey from sale to settlement. The role also supports community engagement activation and placemaking in both Norwest and Sanctuary Cove.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Assist Marketing Manager in the development implementation and continuous improvement of marketing strategies for each project aligning with sales objectives and brand positioning.
- Translate project vision and customer insights into compelling market propositions and creative campaigns.
- Assist all launch programs for new developments ensuring impact efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Champion the sales experience within the Norwest Sales office and display apartments ensure clean tidy prop tech is working seamlessly and marketing collateral levels are as required.
- Oversee the CRM (PropertyBase) to ensure effective lead capture nurturing and reporting throughout the sales funnel.
- Continuously enhance the buyer journey from first enquiry through to settlement with initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and advocacy.
- Manage relationships with creative media PR and digital agencies to ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance market trends and competitor activity providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 4 years relevant experience in a marketing role within the residential property industry
- Knowledge of residential (preferably high density / off the plan apartment living) industry essential
- Strong digital sales and marketing knowledge with practical experience in researching planning and coordinating marketing strategies.
- Experience in the project marketing of developments at different stages with experience in launching new developments to market essential.
- Experienced in CRM systems such as PropertyBase/SalesForce.
- Experience in CMS systems such as HubSpot.
- Current drivers license and willingness to travel to project locations as required.
