As a Customer Solutions Coordinator youll play a key role in bringing our values to life by ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for every step of the way. Youll work closely with customers sales teams and technical experts to make sure solutions are delivered seamlessly and with heart.
Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery
Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track
Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements
Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards
Responding to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity
Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues promptly
Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Jumping in to help with other tasks as needed
