ORMB Technical Consultant OUAFJava

We are looking for a Senior ORMB Developer with deep expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). This role demands strong technical acumen to build and lead development of complex components collaborate with global teams and mentor junior developers. Youll be instrumental in designing scalable architectures implementing solutions and enhancing the overall ORMB delivery capability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex ORMB components including algorithms batches business services and custom scripting using the OUAF framework.

• Analyze technical and functional requirements to identify design and implement appropriate ORMB components.

• Architect design and develop interfaces using the ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading Framework ensuring robust scalable integrations.

• Facilitate technical sessions with client architecture teams presenting ORMB technical architecture and integration capabilities.

• Code conduct unit testing and perform integration testing to ensure software compliance with business and technical requirements.

• Actively participate in Agile project execution contributing to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

• Collaborate in an onshore-offshore team environment fostering clear communication knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under tight deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

• Proven expertise in developing ORMB components (algorithms batches business services scripting).

• Strong experience in designing and developing interfaces using ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading Framework.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Prior involvement in client-facing/project leadership roles.

• Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models.

• Certifications in Oracle Utilities/ORMB solutions.
