Job Summary

Whats the role
Join Westpacs Group Business Control and Monitoring (BCM) team and play a key role in embedding risk practices across Group Sustainability.
Youll help shape and implement risk strategies assess exposures and guide remediation activities. This includes maintaining the Risk Profile supporting regulatory engagement and delivering governance reporting.
Youll act as a trusted advisor to Group Sustainability simplify risk and control processes and draw insights from data to influence business priorities. The role also involves coaching others leading strategic initiatives and contributing to a strong risk culture across the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent position based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
What do I need

- Experience in large complex organisations ideally financial services
- Strong understanding of operational risk compliance and transformation initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a calm solutions-focused approach
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in dynamic environments with a focus on impact
