Job Summary
This position serves asa Senior Warfare Analyst capable of participating and leading Fleet exercise planningparticipatingin exercise execution through data collection efforts and feeding post-event reconstruction for the purposes of supporting the analysis of warfighting capabilityobjectives. The position willprovide warfare analysis mission integration M&S support and architecture assessments acquisition analysis and support and analytic program support to Fleet exercise and experimentation.A broad spectrum of support for naval and joint warfighting capability assessments and M&Sis required tosupport and enhance Government and military warfighting analytic efforts that are conducted in support of USFF USINDOPACOM and COMPACFLT Fleet exercise objectives.Additionally analytic efforts may be assessed relative to joint capability requirements toprovidetime-phased capabilities within Joint Capability Areas (JCAs)
Essential Job Functions
- Lead assessments and strategic analysis for multi-domain programs including long-range fires UAS precision strike and integrated warfare systems.
- Data analysis for Operator-in-the-Loop (OITL) activities as well as Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) wargaming environments.
- Deliver structured trade-space analyses and mission impact assessments to inform clients decisions.
- Interface directly with government clients providing clear data-backed insight into capability development acquisition planning and risk prioritization.
- Support the development of acquisition strategies requirements traceability and operational integration for complex defense systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Department of Defense to synthesize priorities into executable roadmaps.
- Serve as a strategic communicator translating analytical findings into actionable briefings for senior leaders and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration (MBA) Aviation Systems Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related technical or operational discipline
- Strong knowledge of capability development lifecycle and acquisition frameworks (JCIDS PPBE AoA)
- 20 years of experience in military operations defense acquisition or capability development
- Active TS/SCI Clearance required. As part of our pre-employment hiring process background checks are performed on applicants without an active security clearance.
- DAWIA Level III (or equivalent) certification in Program Management
- Familiarity with OSD CAPE OPNAV or Joint Staff processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and brief SES/flag officerlevel stakeholders
- Experience with modeling simulation or operations research tools
