Umbrage Product Associate Crafters have experiences attitudes and aptitudes that include: Product- You are familiar with the lifecycle of a software product from inception and ideation to design and development.
- You have some experience facilitating workshop activities.
- You have the communication skills to collaborate with designers and developers and convey the business challenges of our clients.
- You are committed to learning and later leading Agile/Scrum software development activities.
- You have the analysis skills to translate user interface designs and technical requirements into
well written user stories and can explain those user stories to others.- You strive continuously to strengthen and expand your knowledge of product management best practices.
Project- You participate in studio project teams consisting of designers developers testers and other project team members.
- You are timely and thorough in articulating and documenting your contributions to a project.
9 - You demonstrate the ability to assess the status of a software project and the initiative to work with others to figure out how to move the project forward.
- You demonstrate the ability to identify risks to project delivery as they arise.
- You are comfortable onboarding new team members to a project and helping them get up to speed.
- You are familiar with managing scope budget requirements timeline project deliverables and other nuances of project delivery.
- You are confident in providing project updates on a regular basis to our studio leadership team.
Client- You set an example for others in your interactions with clients which are professional respectful and confident.
