ELK Monitoring Service Delivery Manager
Job Location: Bangalore
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics services ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements establish and maintain strong relationships and proactively address client concerns or issues.
- Lead a team of analysts providing guidance mentoring and performance management to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics service requirements develop service delivery plans and coordinate resources to meet project timelines.
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy completeness and reliability of analytics solutions delivered to clients.
- Oversee the maintenance enhancement and support of analytics applications ensuring their stability availability and performance.
- Generate regular reports on service delivery metrics performance and client satisfaction. Maintain documentation related to service processes operational procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Identify assess and manage risks and issues related to service delivery taking proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions or delays.
- Technical Skills on Elastic Basic AWS Linux Knowledge on Grafana Terraform Ansible Python Integration and Performance ITIL/ITSM
- Strong understanding of disaster recover backup and security practices in SaaS and Non-SaS
