Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an Payroll Accountant located in GBS Shenzhen.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the Payroll Accountant role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Perform payroll validation and payroll release进行工资验算和工资发放
Handle labor cost accounting and labor cost ledger account Balance Sheet reconciliation人力成本账务处理和人力成本科目资产负债表的调账
Provide labor cost analysis report &KOI report to management team.为管理层提供人力成本分析&人力成本关键运营指标报表
Prepare labor cost (direct labor/MOH/SG&Aforecast report 编制人力成本(直接人工/制造费用/销售和管理费用)预算报表
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments(Labor cost analysis between actual and forecast standard labor cost report internal/external audit )协助其他临时任务(人力成本预算与实际的差异分析标准人力成本报表制作内外部审计)
The experience were looking to add to our team:
Bachelor or above degree majored in Accounting / Finance(must to have);本科或以上学历主修会计或财务相关专业
1-3 years accounting related working experiencemust to have; 1 - 3年会计相关工作经验
Good knowledge in PRC GAAP and US GAAP skilled at financial analysis 熟悉中美会计准则擅长财务分析
Basic English ability in reading and writing(must to have); 基本的英文读写能力
Hands on experience in MS Excel Power point Outlook(must to have).实际的操作MS Excel等办公软件经验
