What youll do
Responsibilities
Working in a team environment and reporting to the Academic Chair School of Health and Human Services and School of Business and Creative Industries you will:
- Provide a full range of administrative support services to the Academic Chair with an emphasis on providing superior customer service to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational functions of the department.
- Assist the Academic Chair with scheduling calendar management booking meetings answering questions from students data collection and management supporting faculty maintaining an online filing system maintaining program files as well as general office support as required.
- Coordinate program budgeting workflow ensuring accuracy.
