Job Description
Our client a well-established property management organization based in Bedford is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to provide critical office and administrative support during a busy and time-sensitive period.
The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the broader team during this transitional phase and has immediate availability to start.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to operations and management teams
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments as required
- Prepare organize and maintain electronic and paper-based files and records
- Draft format and proofread correspondence reports and internal documents
- Support data entry tracking and reporting related to operational and administrative activities
- Assist with processing documentation related to tenants vendors and internal workflows
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies mail and general office organization
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure continuity during peak workload periods
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Experience in property management or real estate administration is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
