Job Summary

We are looking for vibrant bright staff to match the energy of this unique dining venue! As a Server youll be a key part of delivering exceptional service to every guest. From the first greeting to the last goodbye youll help create a warm memorable experience that reflects the spirit and hospitality of the Osprey Nest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Take and accurately input food and beverage orders using POS
Serve meals and drinks according to timing and presentation standards
Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items specials and allergens
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Maintain clean tables and assist with opening/closing duties
Process payments and balance cash/credit transactions
Follow all health safety and food handling protocols
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred but not required
Outgoing reliable and guest-focused personality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
Obtaina serving it right certificate
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
