Job Summary

The Osprey Nest Social House & Eatery is the newest dining experience in Williams Lake. From brunch with family lunch meetings with colleagues or a night out with friends the Osprey Nest is sure to satisfy!


We are looking for vibrant bright staff to match the energy of this unique dining venue! As a Server youll be a key part of delivering exceptional service to every guest. From the first greeting to the last goodbye youll help create a warm memorable experience that reflects the spirit and hospitality of the Osprey Nest.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Take and accurately input food and beverage orders using POS
  • Serve meals and drinks according to timing and presentation standards
  • Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items specials and allergens
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Maintain clean tables and assist with opening/closing duties
  • Process payments and balance cash/credit transactions
  • Follow all health safety and food handling protocols
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred but not required
  • Outgoing reliable and guest-focused personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
  • Obtaina serving it right certificate
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
