- Project Tracking and Progress Updates:
a) Assist with the implementation of production operations projects including equipment upgrades automated production line replacements localization of new equipment and processes cleanroom construction and MES.
b) Use project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts and Excel spreadsheets) to update project status and ensure accurate and timely information.
c) Compile and output weekly project progress reports summarizing key milestones and potential risks.
- Internal and External Communication and Coordination:
a) Serves as one of the contact points communicating with external equipment suppliers and integrators to follow up on equipment delivery technical integration and on-site installation and commissioning.
b) Assist in coordinating internal resources (e.g. production equipment procurement and quality departments) arranging meetings and on-site coordination to ensure the necessary support for projects is in place.
c) Record meeting minutes and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
- Document Management and Data Organization:
a) Responsible for the classification archiving and management of project-related technical documents contracts and communication records. b) Assist in collecting and organizing project data such as equipment specifications and acceptance reports to provide data support for project decision-making.
- On-site Support and Problem Feedback:
a) Under the guidance of the project owner visit the project site to understand equipment installation and production line operation.
b) Promptly identify and document any issues encountered during project implementation and report them to the project owner.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time undergraduate student majoring in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Industrial Engineering Automation or a related field. Graduates from 2025 or 2026 are preferred.
- A strong interest in mechanical equipment automated production lines and industrial projects with a desire to learn through practice.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit with a willingness to interact with others.
- Proactive meticulous responsible and possessing strong logical thinking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience leading student unions clubs or project teams is preferred.
- Experience with factory visits course design or related internships is preferred.
- Basic CAD drawing skills are preferred.
- Proactive quick learner and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Ability to work under pressure to multitask and possess good time management skills.
