The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner providing customers with secure sustainable and innovative service solutions globally.
Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecyclefrom start-of-life (e.g. Install & Commission) through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g. Upgrade Repair & Extend) to end-of-life activities (e.g. Replace & Decommission).

How youll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for service project execution (Contract deviation assessment Reiwa input Parts delivery engineer dispatch Cash collection and document management).

2. You will organize the project analysis and make corrective action accordingly.

3. You will assist Reiwa deployment.

4. You will involve in Inventory management and participate in department CIP project.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

6. Living Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical.

2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in project management.

3. Good understanding on leadership the skill of Innovation communication and influence others.

4. Strong sense of cost saving and quality control. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

5. Familiar with programming software VBA VB SQL and other languages familiar with MySQL Access database.

6. Good English communication and written skill.
