What you will be doing in this role
At Adventist Healthcare we are committed to delivering outstanding patient care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Health Outcomes & Quality Manager to oversee key portfolios in clinical governance quality management and patient safety ensuring the highest standards of care and supporting accreditation.
Working with Associate Professor Bernie Harrison Director of Governance & Risk you will manage the portfolios of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) Clinical Care Standards clinical risk management incident management and quality improvement. This role is essential in promoting a culture of safety continuous improvement and excellence in patient outcomes.
As a clinical governance leader you will act as the primary liaison with accrediting bodies and work with multidisciplinary teams to manage clinical risks develop review implement and monitor a strong quality management framework drive patient safety initiatives and ensure the organisation consistently improves care and service delivery outcomes.
