Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily incoming inspection activities including abnormality handling re-inspection and inventory checks.

Conduct supplier evaluations audits and risk assessments in line with procurement and supplier management systems.

Prepare and review monthly/annual supplier performance assessments; manage supplier quality claims.

Guide suppliers in building robust quality systems driving improvements using tools such as 8D FMEA and PPAP.

Review and confirm supplier changes manage 8D reports for material issues and follow up on corrective actions.

Collect verify and maintain supplier compliance documents (e.g. RoHS MSDS third-party test reports).

Collaborate internally with production procurement warehouse technology and planning teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and ensure alignment with company standards.
Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Electrical or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management.

Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP PPAP FMEA 8D SPC etc.).

Good problem-solving communication and supplier management skills.
-
Familiarity with supplier audit processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Salary Range: RM4k - RM8k
