Job Responsibilities:

Handle in-process abnormalities and outsourced processing inspections and follow up on corrective action implementation.
Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials finished goods upon storage and prior to shipment.
Responsible for daily quality issue analysis statistical tracking and continuous improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects across different stages follow up on corrective actions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain and improve the effective operation of Quality Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
Develop and revise inspection work instructions ensuring effective implementation of quality improvement measures.
Assist in handling customer complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare regular quality improvement reports to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Quality Management Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
Around 3 years of experience in quality-related roles preferably in manufacturing industries.
Familiar with quality control processes inspection methods and relevant standards.
Strong statistical analysis skills proficient in QC tools (e.g. 7 QC Tools SPC FMEA etc.).
Detail-oriented with strong communication coordination and execution abilities.

Salary Range: RM3500-RM5000
