Job Responsibilities:
- Handle in-process abnormalities and outsourced processing inspections and follow up on corrective action implementation.
- Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials finished goods upon storage and prior to shipment.
- Responsible for daily quality issue analysis statistical tracking and continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects across different stages follow up on corrective actions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and improve the effective operation of Quality Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Develop and revise inspection work instructions ensuring effective implementation of quality improvement measures.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare regular quality improvement reports to support management decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Quality Management Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
- Around 3 years of experience in quality-related roles preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Familiar with quality control processes inspection methods and relevant standards.
- Strong statistical analysis skills proficient in QC tools (e.g. 7 QC Tools SPC FMEA etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong communication coordination and execution abilities.
Salary Range: RM3500-RM5000
