About the Role
Our Lot Specialists are the backbone of dealership operations ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready the lot is organized and customers enjoy a seamless experience. This role is hands-on fast-paced and critical to maintaining the professional image of Toyota of Olympia.
What Youll Do
Vehicle Organization & Lot Management: Arrange and park vehicles to dealership standards ensuring an appealing customer-friendly display.
Vehicle Readiness: Fuel inspect and prepare vehicles for test drives and customer delivery. Report cosmetic or mechanical issues promptly.
Inventory Control: Assist with weekly and monthly inventory counts track vehicle movements and ensure accurate lot tagging and pricing.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the lot service drive and showroom areas clean and professional. Assist with small tasks like trash pickup sweeping or snow removal.
Safety & Compliance: Follow dealership and environmental safety standards at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales service and management to support daily dealership operations.

Wage
DOE - $2900 - $3200 / month - full time
