Job Description
- 15 years of experience with deep background in interactive strategy delivery and technology in a communications agency/studio or in-house marketing communications organizations.
- 10 years with direct people management experience.
- Project management process expertise in leading traditional Interactive site work mobile app development platform project management and delivering strategies to integrate across these platforms.
- Experienced in managing complex digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Track record of quickly mastering new technical areas and applying creative problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
- History of success navigating matrixed organizations and building trust to effectively influence outcomes.
- A strong vision for content experience design and technology ensuring that it operates in a modern safe and effective way.
- Passionate about innovation and new technology promoting their application to further improve our creative output.
- Experience with program and product management functions for transactional websites.
- Detail-oriented and hands-on supporting teams by understanding and guiding the end-to-end interactive process.
- Strong analytical skills able to understand customer data and convert it into insights and actions.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
