In this role you will design overarching global frameworks that empower local HR teams to deliver impactful culturally relevant benefits and wellbeing programs. Youll collaborate closely with one other specialist in this domain as well as with country HR teams external vendors and our Rabobank colleagues.

Day to Day
Global Program Design & Implementation: Develop and roll out global benefits and wellbeing initiatives that align with DLLs People Strategy focusing on inclusion equal treatment recognition and employee support.
Local Enablement: Support and advise country HR teams in designing and implementing competitive local benefits and wellbeing programs ensuring alignment with global frameworks while respecting local needs and regulations.
Governance & Frameworks: Maintain and evolve DLLs global benefits and wellbeing framework ensuring consistency compliance and strategic alignment across regions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Legal Finance Communications) and external vendors to ensure high-quality cost-effective and compliant program delivery.
Training & Communication: Educate HR colleagues and business leaders on global benefits and wellbeing principles tools and governance.
Data & Insights: Monitor trends analyze internal and external data and provide insights to continuously improve our offerings and employee experience.
Typical Recurring Events
Annual Program Review: Lead the annual review of global benefits and wellbeing offerings incorporating feedback benchmarking and regulatory updates.
Vendor Management: Oversee global vendor relationships including contract management service delivery and performance evaluation.
Global Campaigns: Coordinate global campaigns and initiatives (e.g. benefits recognition or wellbeing programs).
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate reporting on global benefits and wellbeing metrics and support audits and compliance reviews.
Collaboration with Rabobank: Align with Rabobank group policies and collaborate on shared initiatives where relevant.

Essentials
Masters degree or equivalent in HR business or a related field.
68 years of experience in total rewards with a strong focus on benefits and wellbeing ideally in a global or regional role.
Experience in regulated financial services is a plus with an understanding of the Dutch and European regulatory landscape.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex needs into practical scalable solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions.
Reliable detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!).
Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and eagerness to develop in Artificial Intelligence.

Applicable Pay Range
$106773.60- $160160.40
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills years of relevant experience you possess and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies. Further the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
