What youll be doing
- Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard
- Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
- Working collaboratively with other team members and communicating effectively
- Delivering warm friendly guest interactions and answering questions with a smile
- Being proactive and adaptable to meet the needs of a busy hotel environment
What were looking for
- High standards of cleanliness and an eye for detail
- A team player with a friendly approachable personality
- Ability to interact comfortably and positively with guests
- Flexibility and reliability especially during peak periods
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage butfull training is provided
