Join Hilton Sydney and take the lead at two of Sydneys iconic venuesMarble Bar and Zeta Bar. Were looking for a passionate and experienced Bars Manager to drive service excellence lead a high-performing team and deliver a world-class beverage experience.
What Youll Do
Oversee daily bar operations and team leadership
Develop innovative cocktails and elevate the beverage program
Mentor and grow your team through training and recognition
Manage inventory cost control and financial performance
Represent Hilton in the local and global bar scene
