Were looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates / Product Specialists to join our team. If youre energetic customer-focused and driven to succeed this is your chance to launch or grow your career in automotive sales. Prior auto sales experience is a plus but not requiredwe provide professional sales training to help you succeed.
What We Offer
Competitive pay plan: $3500 to $16000 per month (base commission up to $8000 in unit bonuses and incentives)
- Earn 22% commission of both front end grossand back end gross

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience
Help customers find the right new Hyundai or pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs
Present and demonstrate product features technology and performance benefits
Guide customers through the entire car buying processtest drives financing options trade-ins and closing deals
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to achieve monthly sales goals
Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge promotions and industry trends
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive sales customer service retail or hospitality preferred but not required
High energy enthusiasm and a competitive spirit
Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and a positive team-first attitude
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
