About the role
In this role youll be the go-to person for keeping our data management platforms running smoothly. Youll look after both our current (legacy) systems and the new ones were building making sure theyre maintained supported and optimised. Your work will play a key part in helping our teams across the business make smart data-driven decisions.
Youll also work closely with our agile delivery teams to create and improve analytical queries reports and dashboards. This means turning business needs into clear accurate insights and helping us transition from our old BI systems to a modern future-ready platform. Along the way youll build strong relationships with colleagues partners and stakeholders and keep growing your own skills as part of our collaborative always-learning culture.
To be a success in this role you will need:
- A solid mix of technical know-how problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to manage databases data warehouses and BI tools with confidence.
- Experience working in agile teams and a willingness to share your knowledge to help deliver great outcomes.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to turn business needs into clear useful insights and reports.
- Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset always looking for ways to make things work better.
