About the Role

This role sits within the Consumer Insurance Executive Office supporting the Chief Executive Consumer Insurance and the Consumer Insurance Leadership Team. Youll play a critical role in enabling high performance through strategic planning governance communications and stakeholder engagement.

Youll be responsible for:

• Providing timely insightful advice and support to the Chief Executive Consumer Insurance.
• Leading the preparation and oversight of Board ELT and Committee papers and presentations.
• Supporting key events and communications such as Town Halls Business Leader Forums and Leadership Team offsites.
• Managing governance activities including signatory requests and compliance oversight.
• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting external advocacy with industry bodies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent (mandatory); postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in senior communications governance strategy or project-related roles.
• Proven ability to work independently manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Strong emotional intelligence attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
