The Procurement & Travel Coordinator for MSF Canada works at the junction of all office departments. As the focal point for procurement data privacy and travel they are well resourced to support key users in their compliance and procedural requirements. The Coordinator builds relationships with counterparts across the MSF Movement in each of the travel procurement and data privacy subjects identifying areas for support and mutual benefit. The Procurement & Travel Coordinator is a member of the Finance & Administration team.
MSF Canada is looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
- Procurement activities: enter and maintain data into the CLM send contracts for online signature following the authorization grid organize meetings with contract managers and manage the procurement inbox.
- Coordinate travel-related functions: receive and process travel requests maintain relations and book with the travel agency make Aeroplan reservations and process travel agency invoices.
- Support the Montreal Administrative Coordinator and replace her at the reception if she is absent.

The successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada:

- Experience in a professional administrative function
- Experience in procurement contract management or as a buyer an asset
- A working knowledge of written and spoken English
- A working knowledge of French is an asset
