About the Role
Were looking for a client services-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Client this role you will be accountable for executing fleet transactions that support product and asset management. Incumbents apply comprehensive knowledge of the client and Elements products/services in executing activities and requests and resolving issues. The goal is to execute with a sense of urgency and make the clients interaction with Element easy and consistent.
What Youll Do
Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the Client Success Partners and /Lead
Receive complete coordinate and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management
Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop
Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of Client experience required
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.
Strong excel knowledge including formulas data analytics v- look ups pivot table etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while achieving quality results
Preferred Qualifications
Education: BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA
Minimum 1 year of Client experience preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization
Experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs) or EV knowledge is a bonus
Location: Hopkins MN
The hiring base salary range for this position is $49100 - $67540 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
