Job Summary
The System Integration Program Excellence Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and Integrated Program Testing (IPT) across complex multi-team initiatives within Best Buys Retail Media Network and enterprise platforms. This role ensures alignment across impacted teams manages test planning and execution and oversees test data and environment readiness to support high-quality on-time program delivery.
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do
- Lead the planning coordination and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and Integrated Program Testing (IPT) across multiple impacted teams and platforms.
- Align SIT/IPT timelines with program milestones and ensure all dependent teams are prepared for test execution.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to identify integration points test scenarios and validation strategies.
- Drive identification and provisioning of test data and test environments across all participating teams.
- Establish and manage test entry/exit criteria defect triage processes and quality gates for SIT/IPT phases.
- Track and report on test progress risks and issues to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with QE DevOps and environment management teams to ensure test environments are stable integrated and production-like.
- Promote test excellence and continuous improvement across programs through retrospectives and best practice sharing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Systems or a related field
- 5 years of experience in quality engineering test management or program-level testing roles
- 3 years of hands on experience leading SIT/IPT efforts across large multi-team enterprise programs
- Strong working knowledge of system integration testing principles test data management and environment coordination
- 2 years of experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in enterprise testing or program quality leadership roles
- 1 year of experience with Retail Media Networks AdTech or MarTech platforms
- 1 year of experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira qTest ALM) and test automation frameworks
- 1 year of experience working with DevOps and environment provisioning teams to manage test environments
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse technical and business teams
