Reservation Support Specialist Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage customized itineraries
Understand and meet client needs and preferences
Maintain certification through ongoing training
Attend webinars for destination and product knowledge
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Collaborate with the team and share insights
Provide budget-friendly recommendations
Develop and distribute promotional content
Stay updated on industry changes and regulations
Research and arrange bookings for various services
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients
Resolve any issues related to bookings or reservations
Maintain accurate client records
Network with partners and vendors
Participate in educational trips for hands-on learning

Requirements:

Citizenship in the US UK Mexico Australia or Spain
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
