Healthcare Operations Admin Support Specialist
- Location: Mason OH 45040 (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite per week)
- Duration: 6 months with Possible extension
- Work Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (Flexible)
- Pay Rate: $21.43 25.00/hr. W2 All Inclusive
GENERAL FUNCTION
Fix Excel membership files Group Portal client setup and email transition letters. This role involves a significant level of interaction with external customers. Additional responsibilities include routine and advanced administrative support as well as project/process management. The position requires a strong team player who demonstrates high-level performance takes a leadership role and maintains the highest standards of professionalism confidentiality and trust.
SUMMARY OF KEY ROLES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Service Team
- Assist with client presentations industry events and conferences
- Coordinate client visits to the facility
- Manage routine correspondence travel arrangements calendars and meeting schedules
- Organize and coordinate special events and handle incoming calls
- Use independent judgment to complete assignments with multiple variable steps
- Research data and prepare responses for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate information in a clear and concise manner and recommend actions when appropriate
- Develop generate and update reports (routine and non-routine) including renewal status reports
- Maintain and update records and files accurately
- Execute special projects as assigned by management
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information at all times
- Respond to inquiries regarding office procedures
- Route requests appropriately to management professional staff or other departments
- Review outgoing materials for procedural consistency and required approvals
- Develop and maintain non-routine reference reports
MANDATORY SKILLS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate data entry
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and error detection
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and basic database systems
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication
DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Data Management: Organizing sorting and categorizing large datasets
- Data Validation: Verifying consistency and correctness of information
- Data Formats: Understanding of CSV XML and related formats
