Let us tell a bit about the opportunity
Were looking for a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join our Dealer Funding Operations this role youll play a vital part in supporting our funded dealers ensuring they receive a professional efficient and knowledgeable service every step of the way. Youll work closely with the Dealer Funding Manager to keep things running smoothly day-to-day while building strong internal and external relationships.

What will your day look like
- Delivering excellent service to funded dealers building relationships through enthusiasm professionalism and a proactive approach.
- Supporting with Unit Stocking administration: dealer set-ups vehicle funding releases reconciliations and record-keeping.
- Drafting and maintaining key documentation such as offers variations and terminations
- Coordinating audits and risk checks resolving issues and escalating risks where necessary.
- Assisting with reviews and renewals of Dealer Funding Loans providing recommendations where appropriate.
- Supporting the production of management reports and information
- Taking ownership of data accuracy risk controls and fraud prevention.
