What will you be doing
Were seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Manchester. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation.
As an IFA Administrator your responsibilities will include among others:
- To work closely with the aligned FPs to deliver excellent client outcomes build relationships and maintain regular contact.
- Onboarding clients/processing new business / preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
- Completing application forms and paperwork - Invoices & Withdrawals
- Letters of authority / Client servicing/client queries
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g. scripts transfers corporate actions static data changes where applicable
- Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should have experience as follows:-
- Have prior experience or is currently working for an IFA in the Wealth management industry - ideally a min of 2yrs IFA experience is desired
- Be client facing have experience of dealing with HNW clients and an ability to use judgement & reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
- Have experience in most of these financial products:- ISAs/Pensions/SIPPS/SSAS/Offshore bonds
- Have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Possess the ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Excellent standard of education ideally degree qualified but not essential.
- Interested in further development through additional qualifications.
