Poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera który obejmie kluczową rolę w zarządzaniu operacjami produkcyjnymi w naszym zakładzie. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zapewnienie efektywności jakości oraz zgodności procesów produkcyjnych z wymaganiami branżowymi i regulacyjnymi. Szukamy kandydata który łączy strategiczne myślenie z doskonałymi umiejętnościami operacyjnymi i przywódczymi.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Zarządzanie całym obszarem produkcji.
• Nadzór nad realizacją planów produkcyjnych z uwzględnieniem jakości kosztów i terminowości.
• Optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych i wdrażanie działań usprawniających (Lean Six Sigma).
• Zapewnienie zgodności z normami GMP BHP ISO oraz innymi regulacjami branżowymi.
• Współpraca z działami inżynieringu jakości logistyki i utrzymania ruchu.
• Budowanie i rozwijanie zespołu produkcyjnego w tym mentoring i rozwój kompetencji.
• Raportowanie wyników produkcyjnych do Dyrektora Zakładu oraz udział w planowaniu strategicznym.
• Bliska współpraca z pozostałymi działami zakładu.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym w obszarze produkcji najlepiej w branży chemicznej farmaceutycznej lub pokrewnej.
• Znajomość standardów GMP ISO oraz praktyk Lean Manufacturing.
• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane: chemia inżynieria produkcji farmacja).
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami i projektami produkcyjnymi.
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia podejmowania decyzji i rozwiązywania problemów.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w środowisku międzynarodowym.
