Job Requisition: Manager SAP Fiori Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Fiori Full Stack Developer to join our team at RTX Corporation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing developing implementing and maintaining SAP Fiori applications and solutions. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development as well as a strong understanding of SAP architecture Fiori design principles and business processes.
- Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 HTML5 CSS and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
- Customize and extend SAP Fiori standard applications to align with specific organizational needs.
- Create and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Fiori design guidelines and best practices for user experience and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain ABAP code including CDS views AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and other back-end components as needed.
- Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and accuracy of solutions.
- Provide technical support mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies tools and trends to recommend and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SAP development including at least 3 years specializing in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as SAPUI5 HTML5 CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
- Strong expertise in back-end SAP technologies including OData services ABAP and CDS views.
- Experience with SAP ECC development and integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP Web IDE Business Application Studio and other SAP development tools.
- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori design principles and guidelines.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in Fiori or ABAP development is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP HANA database and AMDP.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may require meetings during partial US business hours.
