We are hiring for our client a well-established construction / manufacturing business seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee all contractual and financial aspects of new and ongoing projects. This is a pivotal role offering scope to shape commercial strategy lead a dedicated team and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality.

The Role

• Review incoming contracts/subcontracts assessing risk and liabilities.
• Lead a team delivering end-to-end contract management: estimating procurement valuations invoicing and final account recovery.
• Oversee cost control reporting and dispute resolution.
• Manage procurement of services labour and materials appointing subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and site teams to maintain service levels.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and comply with IMS standards.
• Provide accurate finished goods reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Person

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confident communicator with clients subcontractors and internal teams.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel one day per week.
