Are you a dynamic leader passionate about operational excellence and people-centered service Were seeking a Director of Support Services to lead and elevate our essential service areasFood Services Laundry Security & Fire Safety and Environmental Servicesat our La Crosse main campus.

Position Summary:

In collaboration with hospital and clinic operations leaders the Director provides strategic leadership and administrative direction to drive continuous improvement across support services. This role is pivotal in enhancing clinical and financial outcomes ensuring top-tier patient satisfaction and fostering a culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent.

Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams (clinicians directors managers and supervisors) to implement proactive safety and security measures for both patients and staff. Youll also oversee regulatory compliance policy development and performance standards across your areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop operational strategies for food service laundry security/fire safety and environmental services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
Promote a culture of safety service excellence and employee engagement.
Be a visible and approachable leadersomeone who knows the team and is known by the team.

Qualifications

Masters degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare management position.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational success.
Strong interpersonal skillsa true people person who thrives on connection and visibility.
