Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Phoenix AZ
Contract Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)
Shift: Evenings 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45 to $50/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN)for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix AZ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and address youth health concerns providing guidance on treatments and procedures.
Collect and process laboratory specimens including blood and urine.
Monitor record and report changes in patient health conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications observe for adverse reactions and document outcomes.
Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted youth.
Deliver direct patient care and respond to medical emergencies for youth and staff.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records files and reports.
Ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
Administer vaccinations and assist with annual tuberculosis (TB) screenings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Active Arizona RN License
BLS Certification (required)
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
Strong knowledge of professional nursing practices methods and techniques.
Ability to observe assess and document patient behavior and progress effectively.
