Job Summary
As a Customer Success Assistant you will support our clients in making the most out of Favikon. Youll be at the heart of our customer experience ensuring users understand our product find value in it and remain engaged.
Your Missions
Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Assist in responding to customer queries and provide clear guidance.
Monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for engagement or upselling.
Collect feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
Help create customer resources: guides FAQs tutorials.
Contribute to building long-term relationships with our clients.
