We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator in Poestenkill NY.
This key role provides vital support to our sales team and the broader organization by managing sales data coordinating customer-facing activities and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Requirements :
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
2 4 years of experience in sales support customer service or administrative roles; technical sales or manufacturing experience a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with invoicing billing quotes contracts and export/shipping documents.
Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Team-oriented proactive and able to perform under pressure.
