Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled electricians with the installation of electrical systems in residential environments.
- Help with the preparation and organization of materials and tools for each project.
- Follow instructions and learn from hands-on experience for electrical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical code regulations under supervision.
- Aid in the maintenance and organization of equipment and inventory.
- Provide support by managing worksite cleanliness and preparing the area for electrical work.
- Engage in HomePros continuous training programs to enhance electrical and safety knowledge.
- Develop skills to read and understand electrical blueprints and schematics with time and training.
- Support team members in delivering HomePros commitment to excellent service.
**Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- TDLR Apprentice License
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to various job sites.
