Electrical Estimator Commercial & Industrial (IntelliBid Required)

Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established electrical contractor in the DallasFort Worth areato identify an experienced Electrical Estimatorwith a strong background in commercial and industrial projects. This role requires hands-on estimating experience using Conest IntelliBidand a solid understanding of electrical systems codes and project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who wants to work on complex high-value projects with a reputable contractor offering long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimatesfor commercial and industrial construction projects
- Use Conest IntelliBidto perform takeoffs pricing and bid preparation
- Review drawings specifications and project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers operations and vendors during the bid process
- Maintain and update IntelliBid databases assemblies and pricing
- Analyze labor material equipment and subcontractor costs
- Participate in bid reviews value engineering and post-bid clarifications
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experienceas an Electrical Estimator
- Commercial and industrial estimating experience required
- Hands-on experience with Conest IntelliBid (required)
- Active electrical license(Journeyman or Master preferred Texas or transferable)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of electrical estimating experience
- Background working for an electrical contractor
- Experience estimating large-scale or fast-paced bid environments
Compensation & Benefits
- $70000 $125000 base salary depending on experience
