Your missions
- Manage calendars and coordinate business trips including booking hotels flights and ground transportation.
- Handle internal reporting tasks such as preparing and submitting expense reports on time as well as other team-related administrative duties.
- Organize meetings and events by booking venues arranging travel and accommodation managing catering and dinners and providing on-site support when needed.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication with portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants to provide broader administrative support to the local team and assist with office management tasks.
Your ideal profile:
- You have preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in administration.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- You have excellent organisational skills.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are autonomous dynamic you have an eye for details.
