Assistant Manager Direct Tax Compliance

What you will do

• Youll take full responsibility for timely and accurate handling of clients Direct Tax requirements including correspondence and preparation of direct tax returns.
• Youll prepare or review Corporate Income Tax returns Corporate Tax provisions Withholding Tax returns and Tax assessments for a diverse client base (Private Wealth Corporate and Funds).
• Youll train junior tax colleagues deliver tax training sessions to accountants and corporate officers and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Youll proactively contribute to improving internal tax reporting processes and templates while assisting with ad-hoc regulatory projects such as DAC6 and Pillar II; knowledge of Transfer Pricing will be considered an asset.
• Youll liaise effectively with clients accountants lawyers corporate officers and tax authorities to ensure smooth communication and compliance.

Qualifications :

• You hold a University degree or equivalent certification in Tax law Business Law Business Administration Economics or equivalent.
• You have at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Luxembourg direct tax compliance either in the Corporate and Trust services industry or Big4
• You show well established organizational multitasking and prioritization skills.
• You have a proficient level in working with MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferable with any other language being an advantage
