About the role

As Coordinator Sales & Business you will be the engine that drives our commercial growth. You will coordinate sales processes follow up on leads and support our management in developing new business opportunities. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment loves structure but also has a commercial mindset and wants to grow into a stronger sales role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on sales activities and leads.

  • Support management in client outreach and business development.

  • Prepare offers presentations and sales material.

  • Ensure smooth communication between prospects clients and our internal teams.

  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress.

  • Contribute to growth initiatives and campaigns to expand AI Business School.

Who are you

  • You have experience from sales support coordination or junior account management.

  • You are structured proactive and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

  • You are interested in sales education and the business impact of AI.

  • You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • You are motivated by results and want to grow in a commercial role.
