Your mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) youll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities. Your mission: generate qualified leads and build pipeline for our Account Executives by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and sourcing new prospects through outbound activities.
This is a launchpad for fast career growthtop performers transition into Account Executive roles taking on full sales cycle responsibility and significantly increasing earning potential.
What youll do:
- Generate new business leads by following up on MQLs and converting them to SQLs
- Proactively source and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound activities (email LinkedIn phone)
- Cold call potential customers and build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
- Research target accounts in verticals like fashion retail B2B wholesale sports DIY
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with sales marketing and partnerships teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend industry events to generate leads and expand your network
Your profile
- 34 years in business development sales development or inside sales (SaaS tech or eCommerce preferred)
- Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound automation tools
- Excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Resilient driven and passionate about building relationships and hitting targets
