DescriptionKey Objective
This position is responsible for providing sales support to the Agency / Franchise marketing team
Major duties and responsibilities :-
Cover Note & Policy Management
- Process insurance applications renewals endorsements and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform cover note control and E-Cover note issuance conversion & JPJ link.
- Monitor reporting on Cash Before Cover (CBC) weekly unconverted policies (UNA) cancellation refund and monthly credit card charges.
- Assist on renewal addition and deletion on Fleet and Trade plate policy.
- Ensure all policy documentation is complete and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist marketer on non-motor new/renewal quotation and follow up with internal team
Customer Support
- Serve as a point of contact for intermediaries /franchise dealers and customers regarding their policy-related queries through call or email.
- Assist in the resolution of intermediaries/ franchise dealers customer feedback and escalate complex issues as needed.
Document Preparation
- Preparing sorting binding and filing of policies endorsements and other correspondence within timeline through familiarization with Policy Asia ISM and E-biz system.
- Perform quality check of documentation for policy processing.
- Arranging dispatch of documents or items as necessary to Chubb HQ intermediaries and customers etc.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Adhere to company policies procedures and compliance standards.
Process Improvement and Others
- Assist in training new hires on backend operations processes and systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to best serve customers.
- Any ither duties as assigned.
