The Role
We are seeking an experienced buyer todeliver value through cost savings quality andtimelydelivery. The role supports the inventory site of goods and materials andwillcoordinates with suppliers to ensure goods and materials are delivered on time and at the best possible cost.
Responsibilities

- Place and progress purchase orders ensuringtimelydelivery and resolving any issues or delays
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status and update internal teams
- Build andmaintainstrong supplier relationships to support company objectives
- Identifyand implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Monitoring the supplier on time deliveries and reporting / clarifying any questions/ concerns with your line manager and the supplier to fulfil our set KPIs and targets.
- This role requires a high focus on attention to details including supplier documentation reviews arevery criticalto this role.
- Maintain vendor data information by providing information such as payment policies for each vendor list of vendors with contact information and other information such as products or services provided.
- Assistwithin the procurement process inidentifyingnew potential vendors & theset upprocess.
- Communicate and manage non-conformances coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective resolution.
About you
- Previousexperience inelectronics orelectronic components is preferred.
- Able to manage the full purchasing processfrom RFQs to order follow-up and supplier management.
- Experienced in sourcing negotiating andpurchasinggoods and services.
- Essential - Comfortable using Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
