About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Principal Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management team. Youll be responsible in providing expertise supervision and support in contract administration in the role of Superintendents Representative on medium to large/complex infrastructure projects across in Leederville this role will be reporting to our Manager Contracts Administration.

What the role will involve
About you
We are seeking an engineering professional with a degree in engineering construction law quantity surveying or related discipline complemented by strong experience in contracts administration. Our ideal candidate will have expertise acting as a Superintendents Representative and managing contractual obligations on complex infrastructure projects.
Proven ability in handling all contractual aspects of tendering including evaluation negotiation and contract award is essential. The role also requires proficiency in preparing negotiating and executing variations and extension of time claims along with demonstrated success in contract management and estimating for the delivery of large-scale infrastructure developments.
